Eight stagesunlicensed to live calls

You sell final expense whole life to people who asked to hear from us. No door knocking, no cold list, no selling to friends and family.

Apply What to know first

The path

Eight stages, in three phases. It is the same track for everyone here, and you always know which phase you are in and what the next action is.

01

Get licensed

A state-approved course, taken on your own schedule, then the state life exam and your resident licence. You set an exam date before you start. That one habit is what separates the people who finish from the people who drift.

02

Get appointed and set up

Errors and omissions cover, onboarding, and appointments with the carriers whose products you will place. This phase is paperwork and patience. It moves at the carriers' pace, not ours. We run it with you rather than handing you a checklist.

03

Take calls

Your systems configured, your lead flow switched on, and live calls with people who asked to hear from us.

What you are joining

Stages, start to producing

08

A written path, the same one for everyone. You always know which stage you are on and what the next action is.

States we are licensed in

16

As of 2026-09-12, and still expanding. You start in your home state and grow from there.

Cold calls you will make

00

Every call is with someone who asked to hear from us. You are never selling to friends, family, or a purchased cold list.

What to know going in

Commissions are advanced, so chargebacks exist

You are generally paid up front on a policy the client has only just started paying for. If it lapses early, part of that advance is recovered. It is a normal feature of the business and we will walk you through exactly how it works. We would rather you hear it from us now than discover it later.

There is a setup period before income starts

Getting licensed and set up takes time and some upfront investment on your part. You will get the specific figures for your state on our first call, before you commit to anything.

This is a phone job

Recorded calls, most of the day, with older clients planning ahead for their families. It takes patience and a steady manner. If that is not the kind of conversation you want to have all day, this is not the right seat.

You are self-employed

This is an independent contractor role paid by commission, so income varies and is not guaranteed. You will want to set money aside for your own taxes.

Apply

Tell us where you are on the path. If you have not started classes yet, say so. That is where most people begin, not a mark against you.

If someone on the team pointed you here, pick their name so they get the credit. If nobody did, leave it as it is.
