Nothing here is an offer of insurance, a promise that you will be approved, or a recommendation of any particular policy for your situation. Coverage exists only when an insurance carrier issues a policy to you and you pay the premium.
Fleming Life Group is the trade name of an independent life insurance agency operated by Truman Fleming, a licensed life producer, NPN 22348797, resident state Nevada. Policies are issued and underwritten by insurance carriers, not by this agency. Which products are available, what they cost, what the waiting periods are, and who qualifies, are set by the carrier and vary by state.
An insurance producer may only transact business in a state where they hold a licence. We are currently licensed in 17 states. If you live elsewhere, we will tell you rather than take your application.
Rates, products, carrier appointments and underwriting rules change, sometimes at short notice. We keep this site current as best we can, but nothing on it is guaranteed to be accurate on the day you read it. The policy document a carrier issues to you governs, and it overrides anything said here or on a call.
Give us accurate information — an application built on wrong answers can be rescinded by the carrier, which is far worse than being declined honestly. Do not send a Social Security number, bank details or health history through this website; our forms refuse them by design, and that information belongs on a recorded application call instead.
Accounts on this site are for our own producers and for people going through onboarding with us. Keep your password to yourself, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account at any time, and creating one does not make you an agent of this agency, an employee, or a contracted producer — those require separate agreements and carrier appointments.
The text, design and material on this site belong to us. Please do not copy it for use by another agency.
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under the policy a carrier issues you or under state insurance law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Insurance itself is regulated by the state you live in, and your rights under a policy are governed by that state's law and by your policy.
